Rs 800 was deducted from SBI card by PayTM, but not reflecting in wallet. I cannot get a human being at ANY of the listed phone numbers, and NONE of the customer service email addresses function. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT PAYTM. Furthermore, the automated response I got when attempting to send email to care@paytm.com told me to use the app. I DON'T HAVE A SMART PHONE, SO USING MOBILE APP IS NOT AN OPTION. Customers who do not own smartphone or do not download app are being denied customer service and problem resolution. This is elitist and discriminatory!
