Hi,
I booked a holiday on make my trip with booking id NL20656862198. While returning from Udaipur, I was informed at the airport that my PNR DCTKOX was not confirmed. Airline confirmed that there were some changes made my make my trip. I was at airport for 7 hours and continuously talking to MMT customer support but they couldn't resolve my issue. At last, I had to take a flight to Jaipur from udaipur as the cost of other flights were very high. There was no arrangement or alternative given by MMT support. I had to spent more than Rs.10000/- extra because of their mistake. Till now my issue is not resolved. The complaint was raise on December 13, 2017.
Please look into this as MMT has to compensate and also refund the extra amount spent by me. Attaching the document of confirmed PNR.Not getting proper response from their side from last 1 week.
