I booked an expensive ticket from Hyderabad to bhuj on jet airways via mumbai. Jet airways delayed the Hyd to Mumbai flight resulting in a missed connection to bhuj. airlines refused to endorse my ticket, provide me accommodation or help me with new travel arrangements instead they lied & distorted facts when I spoke to guest relations. Their staff harassed me for two hours at the airport & I suffered mental anguish, loss of business & loss of money.
