Complaint Details
I'm going through EPFO mess -- the apathy, lethargy and inaction. Must note that my claim doesn't have any roadblock, the employer had long back done all the formalities. MY UAN, Aadhar, Bank Account all have been already seeded/e-KYCed.

#1 I had applied for withdrawal on 28th-Nov-2017 at Wazirpur EPFO, New Delhi.
#2 But till 6th-Dec-2017, the regional EPFO did not act on my claim.
#3 On 6th-Dec-2017 the EPFO updated information that it received the claim on that day. What a tragedy! It touts to settle the claim in this much time, but takes that much time to just initiate the process.
#4 I've filed a complaint with EPF grievance. But the concerned authority did not act on it.
#5 It's 23rd-Dec-2017 - still under process.
#6 I've escalated this issue to every avenue possible — including Labour Ministry, EPFO apex bodies, and all the concerned appellates. But nothing to my avail. Result: The same piece of dried solidified shit.
#7 Once more reported the problem to the Regional EPFO taking Ministry of Labour in the loop. Still nothing — no reply. There's a total disconnect between various organizations and authorities, and each abide by its own ego. That means none cares for the other. Each one is a constitution onto itself.
