Hon'ble Sir/Mam, I have outsourced the work of my creating a website for my consulting business to Mr.Ashish on 6th October,2017. He took my money Rs.2000/- and have not delivered my website to me. He does not respond to my calls or even messages. Apart from his failed commitment to deliver the website , he has caused reputational loss to my business.
