Complaint Details
From Ahmedabad to Mastritch Germany, baggage tag was affixed to collect at Mastritch.but at Amsterdam it came to know that it is air bus and not flight from Amsterdam to Mastritch.At Amsterdam they logged my complaint at KLM services as my baggage was not received.this resulted my bus was missed.Taxi took 480 Euro from Amstradam to Mastritch.Very important business meeting was there and i lost all my costly dressing, accessories.important papers.I have to purchase everything and due to this mentally was very upset.Will log mental harrasment case.Till date no bag received
