I have been overcharged by Bharti airtel in my postpaid connection for the third time.
Every time they try to fix this fraud by waving off in my postpaid bill which is misleading.
I even charged Bharti airtel for misleading advertisement of data carried forward.
I want a complete settlement on this otherwise we file a case
Class action¿ basically means a collective claim. To put it differently, it refers to a large group of consumers with a similar complaint coming together to file one common petition. The biggest advantage here is that they do not have to fight complaints individually and as a group, they have a better bargaining power.

Still overcharged for data consumption
