I had ordered shoes from official website of Adidas on 24 December morning and order was confirmed attached is the mail from Adidas in Evening I am receiving the call from them stating the product is not matching the quality standards and hence we cannot deliver. I suggest send me same design n colors n size other product they that they can't send. I suggested send me after 10 day they did not agree to the same.
My point if the product was not up to the mark why they kept for sale. Also after confirming order its the responsibility of Adidas to provide me my selected product.
