Complaint Details
On 24 Dec morning I had placed an order on Adidas official website for a pair of shoes. After few minutes I received a confirmation call mail from them that u r ordered is confirmed. Again in Evening I am receiving a call from them stating the product is failing the quality check n hence we cannot deliver. I told them send me same design n size another one they we can no do anything and he was forcing me to cancel the order.
My point is if product was faulty then why it was kept for sale. And once they confirm the order they should fulfill it.
