The hotel I booked was MMT Assured. It means if my issue is not resolved within 60 minutes, my money will be refunded. Instead they are stuck to giving compensation of INR 4000 for inconvenience. I was also informed by their floor supervisors (Mr. Ashish & Mr. Abhishek Singh) that the concerned management team will respond to me within 24 Hrs, but none has. They did not have the basic courtesy to respond.I have been asking for what has been mentioned under MMT Assured. But their explanation does not seem to convince me that they intend to give me the refund.
When I faced the problem, I called on their so called MMT Hotline number on the very first day. But their hotline transferred my call to 3 different hotline executives. I had to explain each executive independently of the issue that I am facing. This itself took 45-50 minutes. I waited for them to resolve, but then I took the onus and did it. I told MMT that as per their MMT assured Policy, they should refund my money. Instead they are providing inconvenience compensation of INR 4000. I have been constantly asking for the right refund as per their policy, but they are either denying or informing that I will surely receive a call from the management within 24hrs regarding the refund. Its been more than 72 hrs and still I am told to wait for another 24hrs and I will surely get a call. I am disappointed and tired by their continuous lies.
What I seek is the complete refund of money.
