Dear sir/maam,
I had purchased this mobile product Infinix Note 4. After just within usage of 2 days i discovered that the phne is not in a good condition.. It is a 9k phne and the features it claimed dint actually work out practically... So i raised for a refund but the customer care guys told me that according to their policy it cudnt be under refund so theyd give me a replacement after their technician visit... If the technician found no problm in the phne they would not give me any replacement... After lots of arguments i agreed for the replacemnet of the phne. The technician came visited checked my phne and found out that it was a defected one and so i got a replacement... After i get a new replaced phne i still find it defected as its finderprint sensor wasnt working and the phne was hanging alot instead of supporting a 3gb RAM and plus was restarting and rebooting automatically... I raise for a refund this time and customer care executive people said that if their technician will find that the phne is defected then only they will take it back.. I agreed... Now when this time the technician came... He saw all the problems in the phne and the phne was actually giving trouble in his own hands .. But he dint agree to it and infact said that ye oppo ya vivo nai hai jo 9k me aapko harr cheez achi milegi... Adjustment toh karna he padega aapko.. And his behvr was very bad and rude with me he wasnt ready to listen and understand... The phne dint even detect his own fingerprint still he said i wud nt put it to unresolved and even said tumko jaha b complaint karna hai karo flipkart me me dekhlunga jo karna hai karo... As soon as this happend... I called on flipkart and told them the whole story infact when i was fighting with him i had called the executive and there was a lady on the call who heard all this fight between me and the technician... So now whn i clled and informed them about all this flipkart guys said that they will help me to the fullest... Their backend team took weeks to call me and 1week back on the sunday 17dec 2017 i got a call sayng they wud provide me another technician and wanted to confirm my bank account details so as i dint have my account details handy i askd them to wait for 2 minutes but they were so busy thaat they coudnt wait for even a second. And said they wud call me back in 5 minutes... I dint rcv their call and so i had to call them to knw what my case status was... They called me on 20dec and at that time i had given me my alternate nmbr and had told them i wud b busy frrom 9-1 so not to contact me during that time as i wudnt be able to rcv their call but they called me at 10 on the other nmbr and not the alternate nmbr and had called me 2 times i cudnt rcv the call as i was busy and had also informed them that i wudnt be able to speak... Without mu cpnsent they closed my case and i again raised a call back and they called me on 24 dec and said that they wud not provide me any technician.. When i told them that i got a call a week back saying u r going to provide me with a technician so they said sorry for the wrong information provided...
I still have the defected phne and it is really not working properly..
Please help me with this issue...
