I have ordered two items mi powerbank 20,000 mah and memorycard 128gb from mobilekart.co on 10-12-2017 and i received the product on 24-12-2017. When I opened the product package it was ok, two items powerbank and memorycard. But when I used it I found that the products were defective. The powerbank was not sealed pack and the memorycard defective. The products were used. The memorycard was written 128gb on the outside but when I used it, it was not and also defective.
Due to the problems that I have faced, I decided to return the two items which was according to the company policy. I have sent an e-mail to support@mobilekart.co on 23-12-2017 from my email id n9854532026@gmail.com according to the return policy of the company but till date no response/reply is made.
