Complaint Details
We have purchased a LED television in October 2016 from Vijay Sales. After 6 months of operating the television was not working suddenly. We complained the same to Vijay Sales because the television is under 3 years warrantee but somehow Vijay Sales is ignoring the matter for the last 6 months and not giving us replacement. According to them it is physical damage whereas we asked them to prove us logically how a television can be physically damaged without any scratch/damage on the body. This is just a matter to harass customer and not giving proper service.

Please help us.
