I had over paid the mobile company 2 months back because in-spite of paying my bill they kept on messaging me saying my bill was outstanding even after paying. they have disconnected the service previously for the bill just being issued and not paid, i wasnt even past the due date that time. anyways they were over paid amounts of RS615 x 2 bringing the total amount to RS1230. I had requested a refund on those 2 amounts over 6 weeks ago and till date there is no refund back to my bank account. I made a complaint with the mobile company however they insist the amount has been refunded. when insisted that the amount hasn't been received they made an absurd statement like PLEASE PROVIDE COPY OF ALL YOUR PERSONAL BANK STATEMENTS. I mean that is ridiculous why the hell does a mobile company which i plan to leave have access to my personal financial information.
more over i tried to port out of the network last mont. in-spite of them owing me money, they block my number porting and say I OWE THEM MONEY???? what kind of nonsense is this?
please help resolve this situation soon. i have already emailed they're manager as they requested. they guaranteed me a reply within 4hrs its been well over 24hrs and nothing. how do we proceed? i have a bill coming up again and i can tell you i no longer will be making any payments to them.
