Sub: Honda has sold me defective vehicle
IN REF: Honda CBSHINE (CBF125BH)–Frame no: ME4JC657KHT030735, Engine no: JC65ET1173511

Dear Sir
This is bringing to your kind notice that I had purchased Honda CB shine from your Authorized Dealer (JSP Automotive, 5-7-73/1, Opp. Metro, Kukatpally, Hyderabad-500072) for a consideration of Rs 71,072.00 which paid inform cash vide your cash memo/ Receipt/ Invoice No.9803 dated 19th October 2017 this price included accessories and extended warranty. TAX Invoice No: AP01000517V08966 dated 21/10/2017.
This vehicle was delivered to us on 21st Oct, 2017. But after using this vehicle for less than a week period, I faced problem as this vehicle not into good running condition and totally struck / to get repair.
Immediately informed / complained to your dealer about the problem facing by us from this vehicle. There after your dealer taken this vehicle into their custody On 17th Nov, 2017 for check my complaint. They told me that they have to examine the vehicle after that only they will be able to tell what is the exact problem was. And I have received a call from them on 22nd Nov 2017 they told me to collect the vehicle.
Then I asked them what is the problem they told there was a clutch plates issue which was replaced by them. Again I asked them why the new vehicle has got these kind of problem within just 400 KMS, they were not able to give the proper reason.
Sometimes they are saying that this problem caused due to improper driving. Then I asked them I have been driven many vehicles more than ten years, but I have never faced any problems like this before.
Finally, I came to conclusion, this vehicle was delivered to me with various manufacturer defects or nonstandard material used while it manufactures process which causes me physical and mental agony. It was very pain full for total happiness of having new vehicle is vanished by this. Then I ask for either replace the vehicle or refund the amount. For the same, your dealer is denied and said he can do only repair.
I kept the vehicle in the showroom and written letters, many mails to Honda, and many complaints on Honda’s customer care.
But I have not received a single reply from Honda on my mail, letters or complaints
Honda has sold me the defective vehicle that’s they are not able to answer for my complaints. And the main thing was that after buying the Honda vehicle they not even responding to their customers.
Since one and half month my vehicle is laying in the showroom no one is responding for the complaints.
I have requested you to provide the below details along with documentation proof on 15.12.2017 as on date I have not received any response on my letter too.
1. Why new vehicle got this problem & what is the issue
2. Engine & Chassis Manufacturing Identification details
3. How many years the warranty applicable for clutch plates
4. Under which conditions warranty is applicable & not applicable
Now you are saying that will be levied some charge for keeping vehicle in showroom due to no fault of ours.
