Hi,

We, HEADMAN LABS PVT LTD, have ordered GPS tracking devices of brand called Concox from Mark Electronics, Concox official partner in India, based in New Delhi.
When we started using the product, we found many issues which are not as per the specification provided by them and we have raised the issues with them many times. We almost sent 25+ emails and numerous calls but they stop responding and stopped receiving calls.

The particular device, WeTrack2, is expected to store 32+32MB data but it is not storing even 1MB data also it should not give more than 10m error in location reporting but in actual it is 100+ meter difference. Devices are still under one year warranty.

At a last resort, we have contact Consumer Council for the resolution and expecting guidance from you.

They are also using wrong Google Map and distributing it into India which shows Arunachal Pradesh and J&K as a part of China.
