Complaint Details
After porting from Mumbai Circle to Hyd Circle i was given a bill of 3069.22, however after dropping a mail to the customercare they sent me a mail stating that they have rectified it and the outstanding amount is 548.43 (services request number 209747429) however Vodafone has not rectified this and have added the 3069.22 amount to my Hyd bill. On calling the Hyd team they are refusing to make the changes or do anything about it on calling Mum they are not able to assist.
