Dear Sir,
I had applied in Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojna Noida Extension in 2015 and allotted Flat No.-A1-3107. I have paid Rs6,48,786/-. Due to much delay, not yet started and as per judgement of National Consumer Commission I want to get back my money which is to be used in my Daughter's marriage scheduled by June'18. I wrote many times to Amrapali Group to refund my money in view of urgent requirement of Daughter's marriage but, they have not paid till date. Kindly help me to get back my money on urgent basis.
