Complaint Details
Myself Pawanjit Singh and is a distributor of the 99 Paisa company since 2016 & my distributor ID no. is DT150615.
The 99 paisa company is manipulating to trap his customers from each states and asking for huge amounts of deposits for online services,(i.e. PAN Card,IMPS, Utility and Mobile/DTH recharge/top-ups) but the company is not able to provide all the services as assured in lieu.
In 2016, I have also deposited Rs.18000/= (Rupees eighteen thousand only) for all the services to use but company is providing only the recharge service till to date. When ever I inquired about, they always reply that there are some problems at Govt of India ends and as & when its sorted out the remaining services will be provided.
Recently, some retailers and distributors were messaging on emails about the fraud of this company and I have also received such emails. From the distance customers are not able to approach as well no forum is dealing with these types of cheating practices by the such companies.
So, kindly investigate about this company and help all the customers get their hard earned money refunded.
