Complaint Details
Purchased ticket on Goibibo booking site. Was not able to board flight due to booking issue / Split PNR for same carrier by online booking site GOIBIBO.com. Therefore had to purchase a full fare ticket for the same flight to ensure same PNR and board flight. Due to the error’s made by Goibibo we have suffered financial loss and mental anguish and are seeking a reimbursement for the new purchased ticket and a refund for the original booked PNR flights.
