Hello. On December 13, 2017 I had to travel from dehradun to delhi and from there I needed to fly to dubai by another airline company. but due to flight delay I got late for my connection flight and thus had to buy another ticket. As Jet Airlines officer told me delay was due to operational reasons. based on that I wrote an email to contact airlines about reimbursement but according to their customer service I am not entitled to any reimbursement because delay was due to weather conditions and as connection flight was via another airline company they couldn't help me. I think this approach is groundless and violate my basic customer rights. Please help me to clarify the issue. The relevant documents are attached. If any further explanation is needed please let me know. Thank you.
