. THE WORST AIRWAYS IN EXISTENCE! I am a Canadian citizen in the country for 15 days only and out of my 4 bags I have received 2 and 2 are lost in transit. 6 days after I finally receive 1 bag, and still awaiting for the other. Most unreliable call centre agents who have told me that my bag was in Mumbai, Delhi, Chandigarh and today when I called they mentioned that it is in Toronto Canada!!! Was planning to celebrate new year with friends and family but half of my time I have spent on hold with call centre trying to retrieve my luggage. All the jet airway representatives I have to talked to have been unwilling to escalate this issue, unwilling to give a managers phone number and unwilling to take the ownership me to retrieve my bag. I had all my clothes in the bags lost and was forced to go shopping, all my gifts that I had planned to give are unretrievable till date, My friends and family in India, Canada and America are boycotting using jet airways from now on. The opportunity cost to use this airways is too high and they have single handedly ruined my vacation with family. My request is if I could get assistance to retrieve my baggage, I am leaving India on 15th of Jan and I am concerned that my luggage is lost forever. In hind-site it should have been cheaper to get my parents to come to Canada versus me coming to India.
