Complaint Details
As per Paying guest policy we have to deposit Rs 5000 as security deposit which will be refunded after giving 30 days prior notice before leaving the PG. I have left the PG on Sept 30th 2017 after serving the prior 30 days notice in advance but havent received any amount till now. after that whenever i call them to ask about my caution money they just hung up my call. its being 4 months i haven't received any amount.
