Complaint Details
I had booking NH7003270836228.On the day of check in, i navigated to the location provided by the makemytrip but hotel was not located over there. Though i was in the junglee of Mukteshwar i called hotel then they said the hotel is located at 20 kms beyond the loc set by makemytrip.The hotel staff misguided and whole night i was in the junglee.Next day i navigated back to Nainital and asked the makemytrip to cancel my booking and refund the money.But they haven't taken any action so far.
