Greeting of the day,
My self-Nepal and I have migrate my Airtel number (8950352542) in Vodafone, Which are activated as on date 30-Dec-17 and closed by backend as on date 6-Jan-17 due to residence verification belong to out of NCR.
At the time of migration, I already communicate to Vodafone executive for residence belong to out NCR he told me no issue we will activated and verify on your office address after closing my account I have discussed with customer care and they are ensuring to activate account within 1 hours but still not activated.
I have again call to customer care in evening than they totally denied to activate my account.
My genuine question is why agents misguide me if already update about my residence issue than why agent collect my documents and why customer care executive ask to activated my number in 1-hours.
I am totally not satisfied with Vodafone services.
