I tried to book tickets from happyeasygo.com from Mumbai to Vizag on 29 Dec 18 . Money was debited from my account credit card but ticket was not issued . I shared bank details for the refund but I have not received the refund yet.
There is no proper answer to my call on toll free no. Every time I have to tell whole story. There is no answer to my mail.
It is torcher to do follow up and it is not fruitful. Kindly help me to get refund of rs. 7426
Every time my call will be put on hold I have wasted my valuable time n money for phone calls and lost my mental peace .kindly help me
