Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I have taken lead provider subscription from Justdial since 01 June 2017. This subscription was for as Justdial executive told me that they will provide lead from Insurance with name and number and they assured me that lead will be not fruitful Justdial will refund my full money as his executive confirmed. I would like to inform you that From Jun to till date single call not get fruitful. Now when I am calling that executive he is not picking phone and left the job no one want trying to solve my problem. now Justdial customer care telling me we can not refund my money.
I have taken 34500 for subscription charge forr two year . For your reference I am attaching my bill invoice also.

Even I have sent mail to Justdial MD and higher management team on 14th November 2017 but didn't get any response .Henceforth I want to dis-continue the service and refund my balances amount .
