Complaint Details
I had a home loan of Rs.1300000/- in 2008 @ 11% interest all on floating interest rate. When increased ROI, it increased without any intimation to me. Now, interest rate has been lowered down to 8.35% by almost all of the bank but in spite of several request to the Bank, he is not ready to lower down the interest rate on my housing loan to current rate of interest. Kindly, look into the matter and do needful in favour of me. My housing loan A/c no. in PNB Housing Finance Ltd, Chandigarh is 36660002015
