Dear Sir
This is Supriya, an aggrieved customer trying to approach you for resolution.
I recently booked a ticket from Delhi to Indonesia through Jetairways. I don't have last name in my passport (only the first name, Supriya) so had checked everywhere on jet airways website but couldn't find any mention of how to book the ticket when no last name is there in passport.
I had then called up Jet airways customer care to seek help and was told that I can mention my first name in both first and last name section. It was also aligned with what I have seen in Etihad airlines.
I had booked the ticket mentioned Supriya both in my first name and last name.
Now, the customer care is saying that I'll be denied boarding and will need to cancel the ticket and rebook a new ticket.
This is a really unethical way to earning extra money, first by giving wrong information and then seeking cancellation and asking to do a new booking at a higher price.
I humbly request you to please take note my complaint and help me with this issue.
