I have paid for this item two times first time by credit card and second time by COD(cash on delivery), ALSO THE PRODUCT THAT ARRIVED IS DUPLICATE
CHINA MOBILE. I have paid for this item two times first time by credit card and second time by COD(cash on delivery), when i contacted seller they are asking to contact rediff, last time when i contacted rediff they asked me to contact the seller. AGAIN I CONTACTED
REDIFF THEY ARE STILL ASKING ME TO CONTACT THE SELLER. Either the seller or REDIFF is not processing my refund/return.

I HAVE BILL THAT SHOWS CASH ON DELIVERY COLLECTED
I HAVE THE DUPLICATE MOBILE PHONE.
