Complaint Details
I have order a product called JBL pulse 3 from thehighhub on 2nd january at 11:20pm by paying through paytm amounting 2500. He did not respond my calls after that day even though i made advance payment trusting him. Later on 9th january after me repeatedely making calls from another mobile phone he took my call and placed the order on 9th january and i got the product on 14th january after almost 12 days. After i opened the product it was defective and after going through all these things i asked him refund and said i will return the product and he is telling that he will on replace but not refund the product . I have gone through alot with this seller and kindly request you to take action and look into this matter as soon as possible
