Hi, i ordered 2 boots from this website with order no 1939415 and 1942874 respectively. 1 shoe got delivered and i found despite ordering my size 41 it's not fitting me. Also i was not satisfied with the comfort and product quality so i asked for a return. Company picked up the product after 10 days but till now no information on refund status or exchange.in order status it's showing that product will be shipped in next 21 days i. E. January end. What will i do with a boot after winter is over. From delhi to gurgaon if they take 2 months to deliver a shoes then it's worthless to order. Secondly, trauma on my second shoes. It got delivered around 20th jan but nowhere it's close to the pic posted. Quality is so poor that i can't think of wearing it but there is no option coming in my order section to ask for a return/ refund or exchange. Tried complaining about this by sending them emails and calling them but received no response so far. Highly disappointed as wasted rs1500 on these 2 boots. I want a complete refund of my money asap. eVEN AFTER PROMISING TO PROCESS IT FAST ON 4TH January, there is no communication or action from their end.
