I am a Defence Pensioner since 1991.My PPO No.is MPROV0000291992.My Pension Account No. is (SB) 012710100000614 with BOI Branch Mumbai-64.Due to sheer negligence,the PDA has been remitting short payments in my pension dues.On reconciling my pension account in mid-2017,I noticed a deficit of over Rs.Six lacs remitted in my pension account and submitted the Dues-Drawn Statement.PCDA(P) Allahabad directed CPPC Nagpur vide letter dt 10.11.17 to ensure my pension was remitted as per GOI Circulars.In Dec 2017,CPCC Nagpur released Rs.356783.00 less TDS of these hidden pension-arrears for the period 1.1.2006 to 31.12.2014,without any clarification of the corrected dues towards 6CPC,OROP,PMR & 7CPC.No mention was made of the 8% stipulated by the RBI for late pension remittances.The Branch Manager states that here is no reply from the CPCC on this issue.It is prayed that the BOI authoritees be asked to verify my corrected dues towards towards 6CPC,OROP,PMR & 7CPC at the earliest and release the residual ARREARS with the 8%pa Interest since 2006.
