Complaint Details
I have order a product called JBL pulse 3 from thehighhub on 2nd january at 11:20pm by paying through paytm amounting 2500. He did not respond my calls after that day even though i made advance payment trusting him. Later on 9th january after me repeatedely making calls from another mobile phone he took my call and placed the order on 9th january and i got the product on 14th january after almost 12 days. After i opened the product it was defective and after going through all these things i asked him refund and said i will return the product and he is telling that he will on replace but not refund the product . I have gone through alot with this seller and kindly request you to take action and look into this matter as soon as possible and he is troubling to take back the product and return the money. I am daily making atleast 10 calls and messaging regarding this.
