Complain is regarding failed of providing continuous service till validity, and remaining balance amount.
my rcom prepaid no : 9529223816

rcom shutdown their service without notification to customer, Also TRAI didn't take any action against rcom. we complain to rcom, but no any response.
finally we have to forcefully port out, not requested by us. Rcom sent us port code. So we have to port out.

As they are not bankrupt. So they are liable to provide service till validity and balance amount on our prepaid mobile.

Not only me, there are lot of customer suffer the same.
