We had booked trip to kerala via make my trip ooking ID 171101041530/NL2083280670 in Dec 2017.
The package included hotel and vehicle.
Picture of breakfast served in Hotel Plaza suites Kochi is attached herewith. The hotel was committed to be 3 star and breakfast was included in package. But there was no breakfast arrangement in hotel and upon asking staff bought breakfast from some street vendor outside in a polythene bag.
The breakfast given was unhygienic and resulted in my wife feeling unwell and vomiting twice on same day, could get better only after taking medicine.
After sharing the case with make my trip, they have taken their hands off the incidence and refuse to accept the harassment and health issue we had to face.
