Hi Team,

This is a regarding a MotoE4 Plus Handset Device which I bought from flipkart approx. 6,7 months ago and they have delivered the device at my place but as I work in delhi and delivered address is from meerut I couldnot check it on time as I work in delhi/ncr.My handset my a damaged device and I complained immediately to flipkart.com customer care and explained everthing to them as device was faulty and it's broken and signals of the device keeps on coming too but they have not given me a favourable reponse and passing the ball hereby from one statement to another and recently when I visited to lenevo department service center meerut,delhi road for changing the screen folder they said cost of the screen+Folder is 5000 excluding signals charge if there is any feature or internal problem and also the device screen is malicious as screen cover and few locks are broken and they are saying if you need we will charge 177Rs from you and give you a written statement from our center about device current health condition.

Requesting you to please sort to this matter as they have cheated me by charging rupees 9999Rs.

I feel cheated and harassed as this device is old broken device which they sold me of Rupees 9999.00 and now they are not ready to even hear me back. Seal of the pin of the device handset is broken.
