Complaint Details
Had requested for LOD and Foreclosure letter for the Home loan which is with Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd. For which they had given me counter offer but still am not ready to accept the same and dont want to continue with ABHFL then also they are not ready to provide the required documents and just passing on the days by discussing with me why you dont want to continue. My time is been wasted and been harassed by them by not providing me the required documents and again and again having the same discussion many times.Had also replied to thier offer mail and said that am not interested in your offer and want to balance transfer the HL to other bank, but still they are not taking it seriously. The said mail is been attached with this.
