I have purchased a mobile micromax Q4101 and invoice no 7666 from nagpal sale corporation shop no 3 old Char chaman ,urban state link road karnal .The phone is not working properly from the date of purchasing .so i complained many times to the micromax company .The company took the mobile for one month and after one month returned me .But the mobile condition is as well as till date . So i hon'ble request to you please solve my problem .
