Complaint Details
I purchased a Pigeon Nursing Bottle with Nipple. The Nipple of this high cost bottle got cracked within 2 months time. Spoke at Customer Care who suggested me to send the pictures of the nipple along with invoice which I sent them on 22/11/17. Company has refused to honour my warranty claim and have stopped responding to my mails. The Invoice also mentions Expiry date as October, 2019.
