Complaint Details
I bought a new bike on 05/06/2017 and after first service done on 26/06/17, engine oil leakage problem occured. I asked them to resolve the issue many times but they are failed to detect and resolve the problem. I dropped my bike many times (approximately 9-10 times) but the problem still persists. Everytime when they handed over my bike to me after repairing, it runs well for one or two days. And again the problem of engine oil leakage starts. I am very much dissappointed by their service.
Please take every possible action and help me in getting this issue resolved. I shall be highly grateful to you.
