I had submitted My Micromax Tablet mobile model P690 on 18 11 2017. Bill no 1143 and paid Rs 3200/- in cash at the service center- Swastik telecom of micromax at malad west.The tablet had slipped and the glass had broken. Since submission of the tablet phone then there has been no response from micromax. The service center at malad was found to be closed.
Micromax service center was informed via email and case no 804365 was registered. It has been 60 days now. Further there was no response.This tablet was used by my son for school projects. I was eagerly awaiting for the serviced tablet in working condition, but to no avail.
