I HAVE BOUGHT SU-KAM FALCON HBU 1100VA UPS INVERTER, BUT
1)THERE IS NO BEE STAR RATING LABEL ON IT (THE COMPANY CLAIMS IT TO BE A 4 STAR RATED INVERTER). IT IS NOT LISTED AS STAR RATED INVERTER ON BEE WEBSITE. SO IT IS NOT A STAR RATED INVERTER. SU-KAM HAS FOOLED ME (& OTHER CONSUMERS LIKE ME) AND SOLD THIS INVERTER IN THE NAME OF BEE STAR RATING WHICH IS UNFAIR & UNPROFESSIONAL.
2)THE INVERTER ALSO STOPPED WORKING JUST AFTER 8 DAYS AND ITS AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER IS UNABLE TO REPAIR IT.
AFTER COMPLAING SEVERAL TIMES THE COMPANY IS DENYING TO REFUND ME. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET REFUND FROM SU-KAM POWER SYSTEMS LTD. THANKS.
