I need some assistance with you. I hope you will help me and resolve my query.

Name: ANANDAN.V

DOB:11/03/1973

Nominee: SUDHA

Premium amount: Rs 25,000.00

I am V.ANANDAN. from thiruvannamalai. Last 5 years back (31-03-2010) I was took one policy that is HDFC ENDOWMENT SUPREME SUVIDHA. On that time the executive person Gandhi-Vellore says now you can take the policy and if suppose you did'nt like the policy means we will refund the the cash how much you have paid.

So I had interested and take that policy and paid the first payment Rs.25000. And after I would not paid the remaining amount because financial problem.

Then last month before I was called the HDFC customer care for my query. They said "you can go to in our nearest branch where you had the policy and apply the refund request they will credit the amount"

Then I went that office and ask the amount they simply said " There is no option like you said,if you want that money means you must paid the remaining 15 years payment after you can get that money."

Now I want my first payment only Rs.25000. I don't want extra money.
