Complaint Details
This is to complain against Krishna Enterprises.
I had booked a flat with their Krishna Goldfields project in May 2016. I am stating below the whole scenario from the day one.
There was single page adv of Krishna Goldfields in 11th May 2016 in Times of India. By seeing this adv. We went to see there. There was model flat.
Marketing team showed me CD and papers and told that everything is approved and we just have to start construction.
I booked 2 BHK flat no A 607 in Krishna Goldfields , Glass Factory Layout, Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100 on 16th May 2016 by paying Rs 50000 INR by Cheque. I paid the remaining amount by Cheque Rs 1,79282 /- in June 2016. I signed the sale agreement on July 16,2016.
The first disbursal of amount Rs 11,46,409 is released from DHFL on 25th Oct 2016 Cheque no 433172 to Builder.
I got mail from Krishna Enterprises on 11th Jan 2017 for change of Plan.
The plan was changed due to Fire norms. The marketing team wanted everyone to cancel and ask for refund. I also confirmed for cancellation and refund of money.
I have been told that money will be refunded after 60 or 90 days from the date of cancellation.
I started calling everyday on April onwards and CRM team told that company does not have money to refund money and you have to wait.
After calling so many times, I got the Cheque of Rs 13,75691 which also got bounced on 20th Nov 2017.

I need your help to get the refund of money from Krishna Enterprises.
