Sir, I paid the total of 1,48,000 Rs for an iron-1 machine of ceragem for my mother.my mother has passed away and lot of money has been spend on her treatment.i called to ceragem centre form where I paid the amount and said that I don't want to buy machine and I requested to refund money.they said once you paid money you would have to bought machine after that I filed complain to ceragem helpline no. Against the centre and ceragem team enquired and they said your money would be refunded by the centre after diwali 2017.now When I call to the centre they say that money will be refunded after 8 days,4day etc. Now it is 20 jan 2018 I have not got my money yet.please help me sir
