Sir,

With aggrieved with great astonishment i would like to brought to your kind notice that I am Mr. Chandan Chatterjee, residing at Golf Green, MIG-II, 4/2, Kolkata-700095, have made one Policy (19404824) in the month of July-2017 where yearly premium was decided by your agent was R. 90,000/- per year on the following conditions
;
1. Min pension amount will be written in the policy is. Rs. 27000/- per month.
2. This policy will not be ULIP.

He has assured after discussion with his Seniors that both the condition will be mentioned in the policy documents. It is pertinent to mention that where both of them tried to extract more money from my end but i have restricted myself in doing higher premium policy.

Just after the policy, I observed aforementioned conditions have not been reflected in the policy and thereafter i called your agent Krishnogopal Chakraborty in the month of August-17 where he came and taken up the policy from my end for changing the same but after two month he did not hand over the original documents. After conveying to him of poolice complain, he one day in the month of Oct-17, he handed the original policy in our office in my absence and when i saw the policy, it was found nothing has been changed in the policy document.

Thereafter continuously i tried to contact over mobile (9883314100) but he is not picking the phone. In the end of December-2017 from new number (9123037913) i got the threatened call and abused me which i citing for your reference and record please :

1. KHANKI KI AULAD, JADA BAKWAS KOROGEY NA MAR DIA JAIGA
2. TUM KUCH BIGAR NAHI SAKTEY HO, I AM NOT WITH CHEATER & FRAUD COMPANY LIKE HDFC STANDARD LIFE.
3. OHH TUMHARA PAISA THA JO KAR NA KARO, NOBODY IS DARE TOUCH MY AND MY SENIOR HAIR.
3. IF YOU WANT TO GO TO POLICE AND POLITICAL PARTY, I ALSO ENGAGE ANTISOCIAL ELEMENT TO RUIN YOUR LIFE.

It is understood that I am totally cheated by your agent and his seniors who never bother to call me back in this case which i am sustaining since last 6 months.

I demand immediate justice against this policy and immediately take action against this culprit agents who is sucking public money by giving false commitments and destroying company's image and culture.
