Complaint Details
I have ordered Asus Zenfone4 mobile from flipkart on 27/12/2017 after reciving the product on 28/12/2017 there is problem in the mic of the phone so i called in flipkart and ask for the replacement as per the replacement policy but still there is no action is taken from there site every time i call the customer care and argue for the replacement but still the issue is not resolved so i request u to pls help me on this.
