Complaint Details
We had visited the dealer one day prior delivery for inspection, that time we had raised few concerns regarding the rubbing mark & vehicle cleanliness issue, it was the same on the delivery day too. They attended to the issue after we pointed out the same again prior taking the delivery(this shows their attitude towards customer satisfaction).
1) PDI was not done prior delivery, I had to face 3rd gear stuck issue from day one. Again I had to visit for the same within 2 days of delivery. If something had gone wrong while driving on the highway, who would have been held responsible. This kind of attitude is not acceptable by a reputable brand like TATA.
2)Even steering wheel was not aligned properly(it is resolved as of now), it was just pure negligence on part of Concorde motors. If they had done the PDI before delivery, it would have saved on service visits.
2)Bad exhaust burning smell inside cabin from day one when traveling over 80kms p/hr.
We had visited the dealer 3 times for gear issue & burning smell, gear issue somewhat resolved (gear shift still not smooth). Rubber burning smell still coming inside the cabin even after the 6000+km run.
Mr. Inyathulla Basha (mob no. 9886563860) had visited & checked the issue on 25th Nov & reported the same to Mr.Keerthan (Mob # 7829782960) who promised they will get it fix on 27th or 28th by the latest. But till date its not fixed, they are least bothered about the car issue, they are just putting my family members health(exhaust fumes might be coming in the cabin, who knows) at risk.
