I'm not able to send SMS to any number from my mobile no. 7042123041 except 121 since last 6months, even changed handset, been to your airtel store, bought new sim for same no.,checked sms center no. But still problem isn't solved. So pls help.

Everytime I call customer care they just say that everything is okay from their side and problem isn't resolved yet.
